Curiosity got me
The location is fantastic, and the staff genuinely cares, making the experience delightful. The room was clean, though basic and lacking some amenities. Be prepared for some late-night disturbances from fellow guests. If low-key accommodations are your goal, this could fit the bill nicely.

The truth, what’s good and what’s not
Clean rooms and reasonable prices for budget travelers. The friendly service during check-in was a big plus for my stay.
Unfortunately, noise from the street and barking dogs disturbed my sleep, which was quite frustrating.

A sunny surprise awaits!
The service was top-notch! I loved how the front desk staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
However, we were placed near a noisy street where cars zoomed by all night. It made resting a bit difficult.

hot shower,, but noisy surroundings
The shower offered excellent hot water and strong pressure, making it easy to clean up. I appreciated the pet-friendly environment—although my own ESA wasn't with me this time, I enjoyed the company of other dogs during my stay. The friendly staff ensured a smooth check-in process, enhancing my overall experience. The room was clean and well-kept, aligning with my expectations for hygiene.
Unfortunately, I experienced some discomfort from noise disturbances at night, which could benefit from soundproofing measures.

We enjoyed our stay and visited Monarch Dunes Golf Club, which was awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough for what we needed. Just a heads up, there’s no breakfast and limited towels, but that’s okay for a group trip. Would definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway!
On a downside, the location had some noise issues with barking dogs from neighboring rooms, which disturbed our sleep a bit.

Groups looking for basic stay, might work
The front desk clerk was oddly cool and waved the early check-in fee just for a positive review. They gave us close parking in a downstairs room to make it easier, which I appreciated.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we needed, it was still acceptable.

The shower had great hot pressure, perfect for a good clean. I adored the pet-friendly vibe, even missed my fur baby but enjoyed others around. Comfy stay overall!
The walls are as thin as my patience. Heard enough partying to think I was at a nightclub, not a motel!
